ALL ABOUT ME

Growing up, I never considered fashion as a viable career path. In hindsight, it’s amusing, as my passion for fashion was always evident. Over time, my appreciation for the industry has evolved—transitioning from choosing which princess dress to wear for dinner to strategically exploring the specific sectors I wish to pursue professionally.

During my time at VCU, I cultivated a strong interest in marketing, branding, and circular fashion. I find great fulfillment in research and writing, and I am eager to further explore creative opportunities within the industry. One of the most impactful courses I took in the fashion merchandising program was Fashion Branding. The deep analysis of consumer behavior and brand identity inspired me to pursue a career where I can engage directly with consumers in meaningful ways.

What I value most about the fashion industry is its inherently collaborative nature. As an extrovert, I thrive in environments that allow me to work closely with others. My internships have provided invaluable experiences, teaching me the importance of effective communication and teamwork—skills I am committed to building upon throughout my career.
